This was a tour of the newest Arleigh Burke class commissioned in OCT 6 2012 here in New York city. She is named for a United States Navy SEAL lieutenant & Medal of Honor recipient Michael P. Murphy (1976--2005) he is the first person to be awarded the U.S. military's highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions during the War in Afghanistan and also the first member of the U.S. Navy to receive the award since the Vietnam War.
