The Sharpsburg Memorial Day Parade for 2013 was another great family event in beautiful Washington County, Maryland USA.
The leaders in Bad Axe wanted to reinvigorate the Memorial Day observance, and had a great effort in this first year. Parade was held Saturday May 25th, 2013.
After visiting 22 cemeteries across southern Door County Sunday morning, the Forestville American Legion Post 372 firing squad held a short ceremony at the Forestville Town Hall.
