Visit Althorp, the Spencer Family's 500 year old estate, located an hour and a half away from London. Explore the house, stroll through the park and relax in the beautiful gardens. But, plan ahead because during 2012, allowable visiting dates were only during July 1 to August 30. More than 1 million people have visited.
